You can't talk to the MP manager directly or any Linden for that matter.  They will not offer any support to you by phone.  You  can file an abuse report and explain the problem and give what evidence you have that someone is flagging your products unfairly and en masse.  If you don't know who it is, used Govenor Linden as the name of the person you are reporting.

There are only three cases in which your Marketplace items would be removed by Linden Lab.

  • Your items appear to be in violation of a Real Life copyright or trademark (e.g., you are selling "Nike" sneakers)
  • Your items appear to be stolen (copied) from someone else's creations (e.g., your boots look exactly like Bax Coen boots)
  • Your items are listed with an inappropriate maturity rating (e.g., you are selling a bed with animated sex poses as a General item)

You can get away with any of these for quite some time, but if someone calls LL's attention to the matter, they'll generally act quickly to remove your content.

You can file a Support Case with LL to attempt to show that your items are appropriate, original, and not in violation of intellectual property laws.  Provide as much documentation as you can to support your position.
