Marketplace Enhancement

I have used the enhancement on all 4.  I use one add for 2 enhancements.  Is this something I should do or not?  When I look at  the listing enhancement performance there are two things it lists.  The first being the The Impressions............ I see number there which are all the same across for the day/week/month for the three different enhancements.  Then the enhancement I used the same ad for twice doesn't show anything for the second ad.  Can some point me in the right direction of information on the impressions.  Maybe someone can just tell me what this is.    I believe I understand the click through as being when someone clicks one of my ads that is showing on the enhancement.
