I would go back into the beta grid, take a screenshot of your inventory in there, showing the total and if possible some empty folders so the names are clear. Log back in to main grid and do the same to show the difference and if you are a premium member, submit a ticket attaching the pics to it. If you are a basic member, they are likely to reply to a ticket saying, we don`t support this issue for basic accounts, upgrade to premium, so if it was me I would probably send an email to support@secondlife.com instead of the ticket.
