I am stuck in an abandoned region, and minimally move, cannot TP out. Help!?

in Preferences (On the log in screen)  there is an option to "Show Log in location"  whenever I need out of a sim, I usually select "Type in Location"  and Use Pooley or another Linden lab sim I am familiar with
