But the correct place to get help is to join the OpenCollar Chatter group or the OpenCollar R&D group or to go to the wiki at mycollar.org. Several things. Have you ranaway from the old owner? usually thats done by typing your "<Prefix>runaway" into open chat. so try "prrunaway" in chat and see what it says. 0 deafwolf Bigbear Posted October 22, 2011 Share Posted October 22, 2011 Hey Pinkie, It sounds like the fix is to do a 'runaway.' That will remove all information from the database including your old master. Use your current initials, I assume they are 'pr' and the word 'runaway' for a result of 'prrunaway.'
