What can I do to get my av to load I've tried everything but no one can see me!

If you are using a wireless router. try unplugging it for 30 seconds to a minute and plug it back in,. Do the same for your modem. Perhaps clearing the DNS will sort it.

Go in 'Edit Appearence' mode and change any aspect of your shape. Save then return it back.
