where do i change the region to log into to stop me from being logged out? I can't get in!

Go into Me - Preferences - General tab.  Click on the Show on login under the Start location.  That will give you the option to choose which sim to start in.

Cinn was talking about the viewer´s preferences, not the forum´s

1. Launch your viewer
2. In the upper left of the viewer click on Me > Preferences
   
3. On the General tab, mark the checkbox Show on login under Start location.
4. Click OK
5. On the login screen you can enter a start location in the field under Start at.
