I know men who get manicures and pedicures as well as the occasional nail polish and/or makeup. I fail to see what the fuss is about. To me, it sounds like a lot of fuss about nothing at all. I'm guessing for the united puritans of america it's earth-shattering and totally worth the death penalty, or preferably guantanamo for the mother and mandatory bible school for the kid. Rhonda Huntress Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Well obviously taking care of one's nails is always better than neglect and a man with a buffed, trimmed and clear polished nails can be dapper even for the mucho mas macho meanly men. And as far as brightly colored nails with decals and stenches like you would expect to see on a young woman, I don't see it being too big a deal for a man either. But do have a bit of fashion sense when you do paint your nails. Dark bronze painted nails may look good with you Doc Martin's and linen pants, but if you want to go thugging in beatup jeans and purple butterflies on your toes ... it just looks silly.
