That message is a type of ban, if you have not had an email saying that you have been banned then your computer has been blocked by mistake (it happens a lot).

The problem could be just about anything.  Please give a detailed description of the point that login fails at, and any error messages given to you.  It might also help if you describe what you have already tried.
