Second Life Guides is a group of well trained volunteers who specialize in helping new members feel welcomed. They will assist new second life residents in any way they possibly can.This group is not a job, but rather something we do because we feel it is right for all to be equally treated with kindness & respect. Attend Orientations (if accepted)3. Earn your SLG T-shirt that you will wear while on duty.4. Only 4 hours required of you anyway you'd like to distribute it each week.5. Life is good, try to help and make a difference, not let people down constantly. EVERY SINGLE TIME i've posted something positive on here all i get is negative feedbacks!!! Is there ONE helpful person out there. jeez, I don't see why people are so damn miserable. What the hell did I do to any of you. If you'd like to block me or whatever the heck it is you do, go ahead because quite frankly second life residents just don't like to be helpful when someone is trying to give a hand. You're acting as if i'm posting something about sex,drugs, alchol or something inappropriate. I SIMPLY REALIZE HOW MUCH OF AN ASS PEOPLE ARE TO NEW MEMBERS AND I'D LIKE TO HELP LIKE I'VE BEEN DOING ON MY OWN TIME EXCEPT THIS TIME I'D RATHER HAVE A GROUP OF PEOPLE WILLING TO HELP! There are now more sims than there are actual users on the grid. Its a sad state of affairs I posted about this in another thread. Its lost 50% of its peak usage over the past 2 years. The peak user statistic doesnt lie. 85k 2 years ago to barely mid 50s today. Its mainly because of THIS. Linden Labs is much more worried about moderating the forums than any of the infohubs. Even if I AGREE that children shouldn't be on SL his posts were 2 page rants that looked drug induced. You know what Amethyst is actually doing.. HELPING THE COMMUNITY. I wish people like YOU were in the infohubs CLEANING THEM UP instead of sitting here on the forums. If this is the worst atrocity on the forums I think its pretty a ok.
