i CANT GET ANY LINDENS ON MY ACCOUNT?

You can make changes to your account by going to your Dashboard on the webpage and picking Account > Billing Information.  You will be given three choices.  Pick the first to delete and update your credit card information. It won't happen immediately, but should within 24 hours.

Your address is not part of your account details. Years ago we used to be asked for name, address and DOB, then it was just name and DOB and now registration only asks for DOB.

If you are outside of the US, the payment system has lots of problem at the moment.
