If your account was banned you wouldn`t be able to login to these forums on it. As for the ticket for ban appeals, the knowledge base is still being updated but the correct ticket now is "Reactivate an old account" which is submitted on https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ while not logged in on any account. However if you are not banned, just take your warning & stay away from people that you obviously don`t get along with. SL is a huge place with over 30K sims, you don`t need to go to that one.
