Linden Lab does not impose any time limits on logins Kyliie. Refer your later thread http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Everything-Else/SL-time-limit-thing/qaq-p/823243 . It must be your ISP imposing restrictions so give them a call and see if there is a way around it. If not, consider changing your ISP.

@ Kylie - I agree with Nyll & you should not confuse already confused people with statements like "some people have time limits like me...but i don't know why " some people don`t, its just you. As you were told it is an issue with your ISP or your computer settings, it is nothing to do with SL.

To start in Second Life, you need to download a viewer first.  For all th instructions you need, go to  http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Getting-started/ta-p/700071.  If you are having trouble with one of the instructions, come back here and tell us what the problem is.  You can do that by adding a Comment to your original question.
