I cannot teleport in world every time I do I crash tried sl viewer and phoenix and my groups gone

Unusually restrictive firewalls block teleporting.  If your firewall is blocking outbound TCP port 12043, then teleporting, viewing the World Map, crossing regions, and related activities won't work.

Also try turning down your  Maximum Bandwidth.

try removing any high prim items you might be wearing...I have found a few pairs of shoes, a hair style, several jewelry items and a jacket have caused me past tp issues

I have also found the new beta version of Phoenix to be more stable than the previous release

lol yeh it happened to me a few times too...i guess it's something to do with the viewer you're using or it's the sim in SL....you should either use a different viewer or un-install & re-install it... (i think,... i don't remember what i did...sorry )..
