Alexandra Mensing
This obnoxious 'bullet' has been reported at least THREE TIMES, and nothing has been done. I am 1 month away from abandoning the land because its worthless with this crap next door.
Ishtara Rothschild
You could file a support ticket in addition to the abuse report. If you have a premium account, you're also eligible for live chat. Have your ticket number ready when you contact live chat and ask them to look into it, that often helps to speed things up. Alexandra Mensing
Live chat is conveniently hidden.....can you tell me where to find it? many thanks I'm starting to see the beginning of the end for me and SL...its getting to be far more bother than pleasure. Jenni Darkwatch
Overall, ARs seem to be largely ignored these days. They used to be handled swiftly and competently, but something changed. I've had none of my last ARs resolved. Some of them are by now months old. Live chat seems like an idea, though even there my experience has been hit&miss. Some CSRs are really good, others don't seem to want to talk to customers.
Ishtara Rothschild
If you click "Help" in the menu on your account page -- ignore the dropdown menu that automatically pops up, just click Help at the top until you're redirected to another page -- you can find the Live Chat link in the lower right, in the Premium / Concierge Support box. Robin Ivory
One thing I've done is to file 3 AR's over a few days then take that info and put in a ticket, seems to get their attention !!!
Polenth Yue
I usually send tickets rather than ARs, as they get a swifter response and you can check on their progress. It can also help to get a friend with a premium account to ticket as well.
ZenWarrior Fuosing
Very good question. I've submitted 4 reports about indisputable abuses over the past 6 weeks and zero action has been taken. AR number five will be submitted today. (Could it be LL is again overwhelmed by its own ineptitude because it did not think and anticipate the inevitable large increase in ARs when it merged the teen grid with the main grid?) Prawnyloks Parker
I was that friend with a premium account, but that didn't work for my friend and I. Live chats were also tried, but the "support" staff all came back with the same response… "abuse report" is you're only course of action". As you can imagine that did not go down well as ARs had been filed for a couple of months with no action. Our problem was eventally solved resident to resident. This isn't usually possible though. Such a shame too as this current lack of support is only likely to drive more folk away
