You should have the options but you say you don't, call the 1800 number and explain to them the situation, they should be able to help. They are 24/7

danteNyro, did you actually log in? When I checked in my login screen, if I open the Me menu, Preferences, the drop down menu is not there, exactly as you described. Log in under advanced mode, not basic, its under mode on the login screen next to the log in button. Then open your Me > Preferences menu.
