Hello Lindsay. If i understand right you have installed the program but you can't run it? We need more details about.  If you get an error message inform us exactly about the message. You can edit your post (Options --> Edit) to add further details.

For now if you get the crash report, send it to Linden Labs describing exactly what happens.

what viewer are we talking about and what does the crash report say? it would also help if you include your system specs.
