Trouble connecting to SL

Question

Your first mistake was logging into your friend's account.  That is a huge no-no.  HUGE.  Try resetting your router and then logging into a location such as Pooley.

And, ask your friend to change their password ASAP.  You should not have it. Period.  I can only hope that they do not have yours.

@FallenBunny:  I read your Question and I suggested resetting your router.  Apparently you did that (?).

And, the other bit of my response still stands.  Even if you 'made' the account  for someone else, you should not have their password nor them yours.

Hello. Sounds that the region you to try to log in has a temporal problem. Try to log in a different region, for example in Smith. If you can't choose different region, in your log in screen, give the command: Menu Me --> Preferences --> General tab --> enable "Show on login" --> OK --> where it says Start at, click the down arrow and choose <Typer region name> --> Smith --> Log in.

See it that helps.
