Beautiful ocean view. No, the view is not protected, but the same person in front owns a huge parcel which they built on in the sky. Good neighbors, great view, has been same view for since I have been there for 2 years. So this is not a transient area.

Sit on your own dock, swim, build a skybox in the sky. Or, you can raise this parcel, and make it flat.
