Two of my huds appear hazy (Ultima and Bloodlines), while the rest (3 or so others) dont?

Try clearing your cache, you could just have some texture corruption going on.

Adjust your graphics card setting in the SL viewer. Check your graphics card setting in control panel if you have them. Check for a driver update for your graphics card. Clearing the cashe as has been suggested is also a good idea.
