Most of the Items in my Inventory have just vanished, i dont know how or why.?

Try clearing your cache...this often makes items reappear. 

Go to preferences, network tab and you will see the clear cache buttons. 

You will then need to log out and reboot your computer.

I clear cache at least weekly.
