Is anyone seeing profiles and groups working in version 2.7.1 (232828) on a Macintosh?

Take a look at the JIRA report at https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-3750.  There's quite a long string of comments, some of which sound like they could be describing the same problem you're having.  If so, add a comment of your own and include any relevant evidence that might help LL figure out what's going on.

Do you see groups and other information when you access the profile in an external browser at http://my.secondlife.com/alexina.proctor ?

Also check if you have any ad-blockers that may be blocking some content.
