HOW TO GET A TWO STORY LINDEN HOME

The Linden Home registration process offers theme, home type, and home naming options. Seven of the nine possible options in the Meadowbrook theme have two stories, so you have some flexibility. Once you submit your registration, your selected home is immediately generated on the next available parcel within your selected theme. If you don't like the house you are given,

1. Choose World > About Land and click the General tab.
2. Click Abandon Land. After confirming, the land is removed from your account.

That's it! You can register for another Linden Home. If you abandon and choose a new Linden Home five times in 24 hours, you're temporarily blocked from choosing another. You'll need to wait after 24 hours have elapsed to register again.  Still, if you are patient, it's a way to keep shopping until you find the home you really want.

There are 3 or 4 styles in Meadowbrook that have 2 floors, but they aren`t always available on the options, so you need to keep refreshing the page until the options change and one of them shows up.

I was testing it a couple of weeks ago and checked back every hour and it was only about 3 or 4 hours before I got one. I could have missed a few earlier ones, but I didn`t have the time to sit clicking refresh waiting for one to show up.

You can actually swap houses 5 times every hour, but you don`t get to see the new options while you actually own one, unless you use an alt to check for new ones.
