hm, that's not possible, because you don't own the house. it can't be returned either because it's linked to a root prim outside of your parcel (if i remember correctly).
are you on phoenix by any chance and have accidentally derendered the house? if so, go to your top menu > phoenix > asset blacklist, find the house (i have no idea what it's called but you should recognize it) and remove the listing. then either relog, tp out and back in or change group tag and give it a few seconds to re rez.
if this is not what happened, then i am curious what you did
