I brought a skin from a supplier but did not receive it , what can I do ? Supplier wont respond ....

If you bought it on Marketplace, submit a ticket under the Marketplace non-delivery category. LL are very good at dealing with this issue.

If bought inworld, there is little you can do except to keep trying to contact the creator.

I sympathise with you. I bought an outfit from a well known creator and the skirt was said to be mod but it's not so a total waste of money for me. She too is ignoring IMs and notecards for weeks but I'm going to perist and also tell people I know about her terrible service.
