Mant merchants are not in world every day and some do not have IMs forwarded to their e-mail, so it is possible that they have not received your messages yet. If you still haven't heard in a few days, try sending a second politely-worded notecard.
If you still receive no reply, you can try submitting a support ticket. Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and select Marketplace from the pulldown menu. Describe your concern in full and be sure to include all of the documentation necessary to support your request.
