sounds like your computer has been IP or MAC banned you should send a support ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ to get it resolved if it's an IP ban your router or modem has given you an IP banned from SL you can re-set your IP as long as it's dynamic by unplugging your router/modem for several minutes and plugging it back in

Try deleteing the Secondlife folders in these 2 locations:

C:\Users\You\AppData\Local

C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming

Occasionally, I can't log in, and then I just delete these 2 folders and everything is fine. The viewer will just create 2 new folders when you log in, but you will have to redo any changes you made in preferences.
