0 Rolig Loon Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 There is no distance limit on IMs or sending/receiving items between avatars, so there's something else going on here. I would suggest muting (although I know you say that you have checked that), but muting would prevent you from getting IMs of items at any distance, not just far away. 0 Faubio Alter Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 A best guess is the viewer software is having a problem so delete the current viewer form the programs section (OS ?) then reinstall it.
