Sometimes it takes a while for deliveries to make it to you, especially when purchasing several items. Go to your marketplace history and check the status of your orders, if they are marked as delivered but you do not see them in your inventory, notify the merchant via notecard, this happens quite often. If the items have not been delivered, you should just wait a bit, may take up to 24 hours, unfortunately.
