Preloaded Textures On Objects For Sale

It sounds as if you're referinmg to a specific script that 'preloads' textures. As long as an item is in an inventory (first in the vendor object's inventory, then in the buyers inventory) the scripts 'pause' and textures don't get loaded and rendered. You can only start to 'preload' when the object in questiion is rezzed.

You cannot take textures off of other creators prims and use them on your own prims. You can try asking the creator if they bought the textures somewhere that you can buy it or if they made it themself, if they sell their textures.

The other option would be that if the object is mod copy, you can unlink textured prims & copy them and reuse them to make matching items. You cannot obviously sell those items as the prims will be no transfer.

I believe this is a permissions question. Yes, if the item is transferable. It's other permissions may also need to found out (mod and copy) as well, depending on how the new permissions are set once it's sold. If things are not compatible this might cause you trouble making the sale. Check it and test it for possible problems before making it available to the public.
