I'm having an issue where people are seeing me not wearing a shoebase, but i'm wearing one

I had the same problem. What it was was that those seeing me with messed up feet were on Phoenix whereas I am on Viewer 2. If they TP away then TP back, the problem is solved. Fortunately they were kind enough friends to do this for me as technically it is not their fault, but if they are trying to photograph you it may become an issue. Supposedly its something to do with compatibility issues but I thought it had been resolved by now. I am using the latest official viewer.

Welcome to Second Life answers. Have you tried to clear cache? Teleport to Smith and clear cache there.
