Well for starters, if you own mainland then you are a premium account and have access to Live Chat. Use them to get your sim restarted. Beyond that, as land owner, scripts should always work for you. You need to adjust your About Land - Options selections to allow scripts for group members or everyone. But you should have scripts permissions as owner of the land parcel.
