0 Kayleighz1988 Karillion Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 Iv had that same problem before, iv ring them and they told me to send my id over, through email. so sent them 3, but had to keep ringing and nag them to look at it, cause they wouldnt. On the other hand, you may have been suspended or banned. If so, you should have received an e-mail explaining why. Your account may also have been put on hold by mistake, or for an administrative reason -- maybe someone else has been using your account or IP address for phishing or other unauthorized purposes. In any case, the only people who can take your account off hold again are at Linden Lab.
