I am being told I cannot access my account from my PC, but I have done nothing worng

Iv had that same problem before, iv ring them and they told me to send my id over, through email. so sent them 3, but had to keep ringing and nag them to look at it, cause they wouldnt. But in the end after 6 months i managed to get back on.

There are many reasons why you might get that message. It could be a simple connection error that will clear up shortly. On the other hand, you may have been suspended or banned. If so, you should have received an e-mail explaining why. Your account may also have been put on hold by mistake, or for an administrative reason -- maybe someone else has been using your account or IP address for phishing or other unauthorized purposes.
