Sold lindens and they didnt post

When you sell lindens, the dollars go into your US Dollars account.  You need to Process Credit on that account in order for those dollars to be cashed out to Paypal.  Goto your Dashboard - Account - Account Summary and you will see the Process Credit link next to your US Dollar credit amount.

Correction to Rolig's excellent answer:  You can not send money from your $USD balance TO a credit card.  The credit card companies don't run transactions in that direction.  You must use a verified PayPal account.
