I got an obvious question. What did you do to mess your avatar up? I know that if you knew exactly what it was you'd be able to fix it without help.......what I mean is what were you doing when your avatar became messed up? Were you editing your appearance? Trying different debug settings? Accepted an item from someone and wore or attached it? All you told us that you "did something". That does not help anyone help you.........we need a clue or something.
To respond use the "Options" in the upper right hand corner of the text box in your original post and "Edit". This blogging software disquised as forum software doesn't allow you to respond to anything in a thread you started........and that's the only work around we have. Starting a new thread to answer my question(s) only confuses and makes it harder for anyone (including you) to get help.
