For a better cache clearing than the feature in preferences is to manually delete the cache. Find your cache location by going to the same tab in preferences that you normally use to clear the cache and noting the location on your computer. Close the viewer and navigate to that location and delete every file in the folder. Some people say to reboot your computer (I happen to think that does nothing but it doesn't hurt). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
