Hello DarkinMind and welcome to SL Forums. I checked out your profile and i saw that you have a display name. Delete it temporarily, suggest your partner to do the same (if he has a display name also) and after he can send again you a marriage proposal. When you accept it (i think it will works) after you can change again both your display names (once a week).
