Hi everyone! I got a problem with lost item and L.

Try contacting the merchant (check his/her profile to see if they prefer IM or notecard), explain the situation, and ask nicely if they could redeliver.

If it was a no transfer item, they should have no problem sending you a replacement. If it was a transferable item, you may be out of luck, but no harm in asking.

Hello Alina and welcome to SL Forums. Don't forget also to include in the notecard includes the order number and the name of the item that failed to be delivered if you purchased it at Marketplace (you find it under My Marketplace --> My account --> transaction history). If you purchased it in world (dashboard --> account --> transaction history on the left). Good luck.
