Not sure about Phoenix, but the Me menu is Avatar (in the menu bar at the top of the viewer) in Firestorm.

To enable Javascript, go to Preferences (CTRL+P) and then to Network & Cache tab. Click Enable Javascript (also, Accept Cookies).

If you want to use the new search, it requires Javascript and Cookies to be enabled (can be enabled in Preferences -> Web). However, if you open search, there is also a checkbox where you can choose if you want to use the old or the new search.
