And look at the graphics settings inworld too. Other suggestions will follow. Try to disable VBO, you find it under Menu Me --> Preferences --> Graphics tab --> Hardware --> disable the option "Enable OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects" and see if that makes any difference.
