Since I updated viewer my SL viewer log-in page is a split screen of NOTHING. Please help.

Try clearing your browser cache.  The log in screen is a web page deliverd to your computer by your browser so a borked browser cache can cause all sorts of problem like yours.

Hello Ayumi1Chan and welcome to SL Forums. Assuming that the previous version was working good for you, you can uninstall the new version and download again the previous one (3.2.1). You can find it here. In this case, don't forget (in your log in screen) to set your software updates no to be installed automatically (Me --> Preferences --> Setup).

i have exactly the same issue - nothing helps....

 

When i go to an older version (of SL viewer or Firestorm)  I come in, but all textures are wrong....  no fun. I am busy for over 3 hours now.....

It didn't help me either.  I downloaded the previous version and I see again the same black/grey split screen.  It also crashes when I try to close the application.

 

What's wrong?
