I bet you are using an AO........try turning it off before you sit.

Hello LishaJoya. Usually lag causes problems like them you describe. You can check it out easily if you show you statistics bar. In Viewer 3 is under Advanced Menu (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D) --> Performance Tools --> Statistics bar or Ctrl+Shirt+1. Is your FPS over 15? I don't think so if you are gliding on the ground. Give a try to set lower your performance under Preferences --> Graphics tab and see if that makes any difference. Experiment with your maximum bandwidth (maybe is good to increase it) till to find the best setting for your system (Preferences --> Setup).
